Storage - Ensure the lid is firmly in place and always stored in a dry cool dark place such as a pantry. This will ensure that our coffee does not lose its taste, aroma and freshness by being exposed to air, light and moisture.

Brewing Method

• Plunger - Steep coffee for 4 minutes with hot water just under the boil, stir then plunge.
• Drip Filter - Steep coffee for a few seconds with a small amount of water before pouring in the remainder of the water.
• Stove Top - Remove from heat as soon as coffee flow turns from syrup to a finer liquid.
• Espresso - Extract for 25 - 30 seconds.

• Using the right amount of fresh filtered water.
• Ensuring your coffee making equipment is clean.
• Using the right amount of ground coffee.

• Grind only what you need to ensure freshness
• Use the right amount of ground coffee
• Use the right amount of fresh filtered water
• Ensure your coffee making equipment is clean

  • Plunger - Coarse
  • Drip Filter - Medium Coarse
  • Stove Top - Medium Fine
  • Espresso - Fine
