The Culinary Fare
The Culinary Fare is hosted by the Restaurant Association of New Zealand, and comprises of 60 competitions covering both the front of house and kitchen sides of cafes and restaurants. The Culinary Fare is a way for hospitality participants to match themselves against their counterparts, and to compete for prestigious industry awards and prizes.
